ELLIE VINCENT M.S.

OWNER / FOUNDER

At VCS Estate Management, I bring a deeply personal, relationship-driven approach to the care of exceptional properties. My background in hospitality, estate management, and operational leadership has shaped a standard rooted in discretion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to service.

My experience includes leadership roles with E. & J. Gallo Winery, where I specialized in corporate training, project management, and elevated guest experiences. I later founded a luxury transportation company built on concierge-level service—an endeavor that further refined my ability to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and deliver seamless experiences for discerning clients.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of managing a diverse portfolio of high-value properties across California’s Central Coast, including oceanfront residences, vineyard estates, wineries, and private ranches. Each property is approached with a tailored level of care, ensuring that every detail—seen and unseen—is executed to the highest standard.

I remain committed to continuous growth and excellence, supported by a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship. My professional development includes training through The Disney Institute and The Ritz-Carlton, along with certifications in landscape management, pool and spa operations, art collection management, and WSET Level 1 wine studies.

Through VCS Estate Management, I work alongside a trusted network of highly vetted vendors and specialists, allowing me to oversee every aspect of a property with consistency and discretion. My goal is simple: to ensure that each residence is not only impeccably maintained, but effortlessly ready—so that every arrival feels seamless, and every stay feels exceptional.
